Changes in the Air

So the time of year has come when going to school has become pointless and projects rein the classroom in attempts to do something until school ends. I certainly, can not wait. I have decided that, besides getting a job (she hopes), this summer all I want to do is read, draw, play guitar, and write. Oh, and maybe skateboard and hang out with friends... but yeah. And I've been doing a pretty good job making a better use of my time. It might be that I've been sick for a weak and forced to stay in bed, but I managed to zoom through a book and it actually felt good to be disconnected from the internet and such. I should try it more often.

So, with some critique from a friend I am back into the world of art. In my scraps are two useless scribbles to try and get inspired again and with some extra birthday money (the hundred or so not spent on a new acoustic guitar) I will be buying books and art supplies. Woot.

I hope to get some new things up soon enough. I really need to go to the book store and do some observation to get better at shading. I think there is some easy secret I'm not grasping just yet. Oh well, I'll figure it out... along with color. Just keep critiquing : D
